- 4 boneless chicken breast cut in cubes
- Raw Veggies of choice
- 1/4 cup Don Victor™ Honey
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- Combine honey, OJ, zest, garlic, salt and pepper flakes.
- Skewer the meat with veggies of your choice.
- Grill skewers so the meat temp is 160 degrees F. It doesn’t take long!
- Near the end, apply a generous coating to both sides, sear so the sugars start to caramelize.
- Serve with remaining sauce spooned over meat.
