Adobera Cheese with Habanero Pepper

  • 1/2 kg Adobera cheese
  • 1 tablespoon El Yucateco Green Habanero Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups of raw green tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Shred the cheese, and mix with El Yucateco Green Habanero Sauce.
  2. Incorporate tomatoes, red onion, coriander, and oil into the mixture.
  3. Serve on toasted bolillo bread.
